Dr. Bill Moss was born and raised in Reading Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a doctoral degree from Life University in Marietta GA where he received awards in communication and relationships.
Prior to attending chiropractic school, Dr. Moss spent three years teaching students who required emotional support at Unionville high school. Following his teaching career, Dr. Moss and his wife (also a Berks County Native), relocated to Marietta, GA for Dr. Moss to attend chiropractic school. Dr. Moss chose to become a chiropractor after personally receiving incredible results including healing from asthma, allergies, skin conditions, pain and discomfort.

Ultimately, Dr. Moss made the decision to attend chiropractic school after experiencing complete resolution of debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. After seeking treatment from multiple doctors, receiving multiple medications, with little help and little success, Dr. Moss met a chiropractor that taught him what chiropractic is, and how the body can heal naturally with a high functioning nerve system. Dr. Moss credits quality chiropractic care for allowing his body to recover from the depression and anxiety, and seeks to provide the same level of care for his patients.
Dr. Bill Moss is advanced trained in Knee Chest Upper Cervical Technique and is the Director of the Art of the Specific Technique program. Dr. Moss teaches and trains chiropractors and chiropractic students throughout the country and around the world world in Knee Chest Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic.

In 2014 Dr. Moss relocated to Berks County, his home town, to bring his knowledge, skill, and service to a community which he is excited to serve.  Dr. Moss is a member of 4 local organizations, Reading Professional Referral Exchange, Berks County Networking Association, West Reading/ Wyomissing Rotary and Reading Toastmasters.
