This is so true! So easy to think about fitness goals merely in terms of New Years Resolutions rather than a consistent, persistent matter of habit. I've recently reset mine in light of new responsibilities I've experienced in my life. Another thing - I've hired a personal trainer to hold me accountable - great idea if you've never tried that before!

Great article! You are absolutely right about this. It is never too late to start working out and get fit! Our nation is suffering from critical health problems due to obesity. I think we need to take a stand and beat this no matter how hard it is. Make clear and reachable goals and never be afraid to ask for help. Get that gym membership, get the Wii Fit, and/or get a personal trainer. Great article! Happy New Year to you!

Thanks!
