Wow! I feel the same way as the lady in the video. Thank you for taking me out of pain. Since we last met, I have faithfully working out at the gym as well. Didn’t loose much weight, but have begun to transform my body. Lately, I have been working with a trainer on kick boxing. Within 1 week of this work I saw dramatic results. All paid off on my trip to Japan when I was forced to do much walking in a humid climate. While at one of the temples, we had the honor to participate in a 20 minute zen meditation. It was hard to hold the lotus position with great posture for so long but I knew I didn’t want to get hit by the monk’s stick. All I could think about was all the time you spent fixing my back, I didn’t want a setback. I only got poked one time for slouching. Several others got hit hard on the shoulder. Thank you again for helping me get healthy.This has allowed me to increase my activity level and work even harder! Thank you.
