Local Ladies Invited to a Night of Indulgence

Women across the country are invited to attend an event highlighting something incredibly important—themselves.

Let’s face it … women tend to overbook and stress themselves out. At Ladies Night of Indulgence, a semi-annual event hosted by The Specific Chiropractic Center, the focus is on taking care of and pampering those who normally take care of and pamper everyone else. And this can be done while benefiting local charities that could use a little extra financial support.

Ladies Night of Indulgence is taking place in eight locations—Walnut Creek, Charleston, Chico, South San Francisco, Oakland, Portland, Draper and the Tri-Valley—throughout the months of September, October and November. Each event features raffles, food, music and fun provided by a variety of local vendors that offer services and products of interest to women. For example, chocolatiers provide samples of chocolate, massage therapists provide mini treatments, nail salons offer simple nail designs, hair salons trim bangs, bra fitters properly fit undergarments for guests, and wine-to-home sales reps offer samples of their products.

Each event lasts three hours. Tickets are less expensive if bought in advance than at the door, but proceeds for every event benefit a local charity including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Bay Area Women Against Rape, Low Country Pregnancy Center, The American Heart Association and Peninsula Girl Scout Day Camp.
