At the age of 47, I had other health issues that I had grown accustomed too, and felt that I would be living with these conditions for the rest of my natural life. After the birth of my son, Niall, my bladder couldn’t hold itself still. I would see a cup of water and need to head to the ladies room. I never slept through the night because I’d have to get up and go to the bathroom. I just figured, like many women after childbirth that a ruined bladder was the norm. Dear moms, and moms-to-be, a bladder that can’t hang on for a couple of hours is not normal. Since upper cervical care my bladder retention has been remarkable!
